once upon a time -- i was a watermelon farmer (that's a really loose description) .. I had a patch and I grew, sold and gave away a lot of watermelon -- like 15 years of it ...
it was good -- i have a desk job and well, fresh air and exercise is always a good thing
in 2010 i was elected to represent nicollet county's first district as a commissioner -- here's the swearing in gig ... January 2017 -- 3rd time around ... i like it -- i don't like running for office every four years ...
hanging out with dad, joe and kevin -- harvest 2016 -- someone has to supervise and must have been my day ... fall is full of drama
stole this from the local newspapers web site -- candidate forum -- i really don't like them either but if i want to keep the job -- it's a part of the process
i quilt -- a lot
i also work a lot -- especially December - May
it's the life of a CPA
and when summer arrives -- we play at the lake!
