ranting & raving

   I've been yelling at people all day -- mainly in emails.  Not nice. 

   There is a sign on my wall -- "always be humble and kind" ... not sure if ranting and raving is "unkind" but I was irked. 

    Really need a vacation.   Bad.   Soon.
